The original Yamaha Intube battery with 500 Wh for e-bikes with Yamaha 36 Volt PW-SE, PW-TE and PW-X drive systems.

The integrated Yamaha e-bike lithium-ion battery has no memory effect and can be charged at any time regardless of its state of charge. The charging time with the Yamaha Intube charger is 3.5 to 4.5 hours (500 Wh) for full capacity.

The Yamaha Intube battery is compatible with all e-bikes with 36V PW-SE, PW-TE and PW-X mid-motor systems from Yamaha.

The battery comes without the battery lock plate used by Haibike. This must be ordered separately and mounted on the Haibike for use.

The Yamaha Intube battery is installed in the models of the following manufacturers:

Winora
Lapierre
Yamaha Bikes (US, Canada only)
BH Bikes
as well as many other manufacturers with Yamaha PW-SE, PW-TE and PW-X drive systems.
The design allows the Yamaha Intube battery to be used with both vertical and horizontal frame integration. The total weight of the battery is 3.8 kg.

Because of the different mount on the e-bike frame the Yamaha 500 Wh battery can unfortunately only be used for models from 2019 onwards. Existing chargers of the older generation can not be used for the Yamaha Intube battery. The Intube batteries have a new charging socket.
